JUSTIN HARTLEY has made himself an outsider with the close-knit cast of “This Is Us.” The 43-year-old is said to have alienated co-stars when fame swelled his head and he complained about his salary and then dumped his wife, Chrishell Stause, in November.
“The cast has become like a family after four seasons together and everyone on the show considered Chrishell to be part of that family,” a source spilled.
They feel like Justin blindsided her — and what’s worse, he’s fighting her over spousal support! Justin plays actor Kevin Pearson on the beloved NBC drama, which became a surprise hit when it debuted in 2016.

Money is a particularly sore subject for the cast, according to insiders who said Hartley — who didn’t respond to a request for comment — infuriated co-stars when he whined about his pay, even though he received a raise from $75,000 to $250,000 an episode in 2018!
“When ‘This Is Us’ started, the salaries were all over the place,” spies said, with Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore getting “triple” what Justin and Chrissy Metz did. “But they negotiated as a team so everyone got the same pay.”

However, with production now on hold during the shutdown, “Justin has made noises that they should be paid as if they were doing a full season. But he didn’t run it by his co-stars, who say they believe we’re all living in challenging times and they need to roll with it!”
