CLINGY Jennifer Lopez is freaking out that she and lover Ben Affleck are shooting movies 1,600 miles apart — and he’s refusing to let her visit him, sources tattle.
The possessive 52-year-old diva is desperate to visit Ben in Texas, where he’s shooting the thriller Hypnotic, on her days off from filming her Netflix action movie The Mother in Vancouver, Canada.
But the 49-year-old Batman hunk “is telling her it will do them good to have a little time apart and he needs to immerse himself into this new movie, which Jennifer’s not taken well at all,” spills an insider.
“She worries he’s pushing her away.”
J.Lo was so desperate to constantly stay close. She reportedly wanted to set up a house for them in Texas for the times she could get away. However, he nixed the idea. Sources say the issue is part of a “power play” to see who controls their relationship.
“Ben’s not backing out. He doesn’t want to be pushed around. He also doesn’t want to be dictated to like her last boyfriend Alex Rodriguez,” the insider dishes.
The twosome already had a famous breakup in 2004 — shortly before they were to tie the knot.
They hooked up again in April and have been virtually inseparable with recent outings involving their children — J.Lo’s 13-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and Ben’s kids, Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9.

She’s getting clingy and he’s moping around, but this argument won’t be resolved until she gets her way.
