More than three years after filing a lawsuit against members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Blac Chyna is finally facing off against Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie in court. In the suit, the model, 33, who was engaged to Rob, 35, in 2016 (the exes share daughter Dream, 5), claims Kris and the company defamed her and pressured execs at E! — the network that aired Keeping Up With the Kardashians for 14 years— to have her reality show, Rob & Chyna, axed after one season.
“I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors,” Chyna — who is seeking millions in damages over lost future earnings — tweeted shortly before the legal showdown began. Here, the Us breaks down the biggest bombshells from the case so far.
Banned! On April 19, Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, was dismissed from the courtroom by the judge and instructed not to return after going off on the famous family via Instagram Live, saying they “looked scary” in person. “It’s just so sad,” she added before accusing Khloé of taking Xanax prior to court and describing Kris as “old and decrepit.” (Tokyo, 50, also posted a song in which she rapped, “I’m dog walking these f**king hoes up on the stand, on they toes… Filthy a** clothes on these dirty a** hoes.”)
