Stars’ staffs & kids have trouble mixing

LOVEBIRDS Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are desperate to marry their lives together as they gear up to get hitched — but their respective staffers are mixing like oil and water, insiders dish.

The Pearl Harbor hunk, 49, and the Hustlers hottie, 52, have five children total from previous relationships, and an insider squeals the couple’s two camps of nannies and employees “don’t get along — at all.” The spy spills, “If someone was supposed to make a reservation, pick up or drop off one of the kids, buy groceries, whatever, and something goes wrong, they blame the other side. There is no cohesiveness, and it’s a disaster on a daily basis.”

Ben is dad to Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10 — his children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner — and according to the insider, J.Lo has “welcomed” them into her life. But sources say his kids have yet to get used to being around J.Lo’s 14-year-old twins, Max and Emme, who she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

“Emme and Seraphina are pals. But Emme is going through her own thing right now, trying to figure out who she is,” confides the insider. The Jenny from the Block Emme uses the gender-neutral pronouns they and them before a Dodger Stadium duet.

An onlooker who spotted the blended family at the Westfield Century City mall days earlier whispers Seraphina and Emme were “dressing very tomboyish.” Meanwhile, Max was glued to his phone, and wandering Sam had to be reeled in by the Shades of Blue stunner. But every time Violet would try to talk to her dad, the tipster says, “J.Lo would rush over.” Then weeks later, Sam went with his father and future stepmom to a luxury rental lot in Beverly Hills, where the ten-year-old got behind the wheel of a running Lamborghini and accidentally tapped a BMW!

Sources say Garner promptly read the riot act to her ex!

“No one was hurt and apparently neither the Lambo nor the BMW suffered any visible damage,” blabs the insider. “But Garner can’t help but wonder what was in Ben’s mind!”
