THESE shocking images catch twisted Texas teen Pablo Antonio Avila-Banagas running over a disabled man in an electric wheelchair and then fleeing, dragging the wreckage halfway into the street, outraged cops say.

The crazed display of cruelty came as the man, who was not identified by police, crossed an Austin parking lot in his motorized chair at 9:58 a.m. Sept. 3.

When he noticed the onrushing white pickup truck, the victim — who was wearing a bright red shirt — held up his arm signaling for the vehicle to slow, but the truck sped on and mowed the man down.

The pickup continued dragging the victim and wrecked chair to the street entrance.

Turning onto the street, the truck nearly hit a telephone pole as it drove over the sidewalk and then narrowly missed crashing into another vehicle before fleeing, cops say.

Luckily, a city fire truck was passing and stopped so the crew could help the wheelchair-bound victim, who was taken to a hospital and treated for life-threatening injuries including a fractured pelvis, cracked skull, brain bleed and cuts on his face.

Six days later, cops tracked down 17-year-old AvilaBanagas, who they say had an unlicensed handgun when he was busted.

He has been charged with injuring a disabled person, failing to stop and give aid, and illegally carrying a firearm. He was booked into the Travis County Jail.
