NEW COURT PAPERS HINT THAT THE GOLF GREAT’S EX MIGHT HAVE ABUSE CLAIMS.

Fallen Star Over the years, Tiger, who began dating Erica in 2017, has lost sponsorship deals because of his messy personal life.

The golfer’s ex Erica Herman hints at allegations of abuse — just when his career was getting back on track.

Is she a woman scorned and out for revenge or a legitimate victim? Those were the questions raised when Erica Herman filed a complaint against Tiger Woods in Martin County, Fla., March 6. In court docs obtained by Star, the 38-year-old, who met the golf pro when she worked at his Jupiter, Fla., restaurant “The Woods,” claims that the NDA she signed at the start of their relationship is “invalid and unenforceable,” asking the court to find in her favor. Not only that, but she wants Tiger to pay her attorney’s fees!

The jawdropper comes on page 4 of the doc, where Erica’s attorneys cite two federal acts to prove her point, including the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021. “She hasn’t said exactly what she’s accusing Tiger of,” an insider tells Star.

“People are shocked that she’s even hinting that there was an abusive side to Tiger.”

The athlete has an iffy track record when it comes to women. In 2009, it was revealed the 47-year-old had had sexual encounters with more than half a dozen women, including cocktail waitresses and models. “I knew my actions were wrong, but I convinced myself normal rules didn’t apply,” he said at the time. His wife Elin Nordegren, mom to his two kids, divorced him in 2010.

This latest setback comes two years after a car crash left his future on the links in question. “Tiger’s angry and will fight to uphold the NDA,” says the insider. “But behind the scenes he’s frantic about what this will do to his career and reputation — now, when he was just starting to come back after the crash.”
