How fashion mall mogul made perv Jeffrey Epstein rich

TWISTED pedophile Jeffrey Epstein died leaving a $600 million fortune — most obtained mysteriously from his former billionaire backer Les Wexner, the fashion mogul and boss of Victoria’s Secret.

At one time, college dropout Epstein, who taught math for one year at a preppy girls’ school, had a short stint at a brokerage house and was involved in Ponzi-laced business schemes, basically had control over Wexner’s massive financial empire, including the tycoon’s power of attorney, say sources.

In an explosive documentary, Victoria’s Secret: Angels and Demons, one investigator concludes Epstein weaseled $400 million out of Wexner, now 84, who’s worth $5.6 billion.

Some $100 million of that came in the form of a Manhattan mansion, a Boeing 727 private plane and a massive 23-room estate in Ohio, according to the documentary.

But Wexner, who broke with Epstein after he pleaded guilty to consorting with a 14-year old prostitute, never tried to get his money back.

“Wexner is known as being litigious, and yet he won’t pursue Epstein for stealing millions upon millions of dollars?” says the investigator. To allow that level of betrayal and dishonesty to happen unpunished is entirely unexplained.”

After the two met in the 1980s, Wexner also gave Epstein — who claimed to be an inventive financial advisor, tax expert and fraud detective — his power of attorney and looked to him for money advice.

At the time, the publicity shy Wexner was known as theMerlin of the Mall” and owned fashion franchises The Limited, Abercrombie & Fitch, Express, Lane Bryant, Henri Bendel and Victoria’s Secret, as well as Bath & Body Works.

As previously reported, while Epstein was mysteriously amassing a fortune and rubbing shoulders with President Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew and other rich and powerful men, he was also collecting a harem of young women recruited by his madam Ghislaine Maxwell, now serving 20 years for sex trafficking minors.

Epstein sexually abused the gals for his own sick pleasure and is believed to have pimped them out as “massage girls” to guests at his various homes, which sources claim were secretly bugged with video cameras for suspected blackmail.

However, all the kinkster’s influential friends insist they had no knowledge of his crimes and did nothing wrong themselves.

After Epstein became his pal, the shy, middle-aged Wexner drifted away from his family, broke out of his shell with a makeover, including fashionable clothes and dyed hair, and began hosting parties.

In 1989, he reportedly scribbled in his diary, “I finally like myself.” Two years later, Wexner gave Epstein power of attorney over his businesses.

He finally cut ties with Epstein 18 months after the perv pleaded guilty to hiring a 14-year-old hooker in 2006 — and has said he recovered more than $46 million from the pedophile through donations to his wife’s charity.

Still, former Wexner exec Robert Morosky still doesn’t understand why the billionaire gave Epstein, who was found hanging in his Manhattan jail cell in August 2019, so much control and wealth.

“I tried to find out how he got from a high school math teacher to a private investment advisor,” Morosky says. “There was just nothing there.”
