Sources say friends fear the 27-year-old star will fall under the Kardashian curse — the surreality machine that chews up perfectly good men and spits them out!
“Every guy who dates or marries one of the KarJenners winds up on the scrap heap, wondering what happened to their reputation and career,” spills a source. “Timothée has a bright future. Getting involved with Kylie can lead to everything going up in flames!”
Sources point to the crash and-burn histories of such Kardashian casualties as Kanye West, Caitlyn Jenner, Tristan Thompson and Kris Humphries.
“Every one of those guys left their relationships with a Kar-Jenner worse off than when they arrived,” trumpets a tipster. “Kanye’s a walking trainwreck. Caitlyn is a desperately seeking attention has-been. And Kris and Tristan are both out of the NBA and jeered every time they walk into an arena!”
While a rep for the actor denies our story, pals believe Timothée is on the fast track to stardom, but that being in the clutches of a Kardashian can only slow his roll, sources squeal.
“The last thing he needs is to become the latest punchline in a joke about the Kardashian rejects!” dishes an insider.
