TAYLOR SWIFT NEW GUY, BUT IS HE ONLY A DISTRACTION?

TAYLOR SWIFT is supposedly over the moon with new guy Matty Healy, but that hasn’t stopped the dumped songbird from being nosy about the ex-lover who bruised her heart, actor Joe Alwyn.

Sources leaked that the 33-yearold pop superstar is still feeling the sting after being given the heave-ho by the English hunk, 32, and wants to know what he’s up to all the time — which people around her find baffling since Taylor didn’t waste a sec jumping back on the dating-go-round.

“She shouldn’t really care because she has a new guy but for all her public displays of giddiness, she’s missing Joe,” the source says. “She’s checking up on him through their mutual friends and keeping tabs on what he’s doing and who he’s seeing. But no one thinks this is healthy.”

While another insider insists Taylor’s not stuck on her ex, the first source notes, “One minute she’s partying, the next she’s asking what’s going on with Joe.” A month after announcing her split from Joe, she was spotted holding hands with British musician Matty, 34, while out on the town in New York City.

“Matty’s a lot of fun and nice, but it’s not the same as Joe,” dishes the insider. This romance is a complete convenience for her and she’s not nearly as serious about Matty as she wants everyone to believe. Her friends are fearful she’s using this guy to make Joe jealous. They were together for six years, and she didn’t think Joe would find it easy to move on, but he has and it’s a blow to her ego.

Taylor and Joe started dating in 2016 and were even rumored to be engaged. But sources say their personalities got in the way of the romance and they parted a few months ago. “There’s unfinished business with belongings to be divided up. Taylor and Joe will have to meet up at some point, and that’s the elephant in the room,” the source adds.
