Britney ex sued for refusing to pay tuition tab

BRITNEY SPEARS’ baby daddy, Kevin Federline, is being hounded by a private school in California for more than $15,000 in unpaid tuition — despite the singer’s ex-hubby collecting a staggering $20,000 a month in child support for their two teenage sons!

Kevin, 45, and his current wife, Victoria Prince, 40, are being sued in an L.A. court for continually ignoring the tab for educating their daughters, Jordan, 11, and Peyton, 9.

The school, which is not being named due to privacy concerns, claims the two have not honored a contract they signed in 2018 “by failing to pay for services which had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.” The suit also alleges they “continue to fail and refuse to pay all or any part of the remaining balance.” The school is demanding payment of the full balance, $15,593, plus 10 percent interest per year and attorneys fees. K-Fed, a DJ who’s also had underwhelming stints as a dancer, actor, rapper, model and wrestler, was married to pop princess Britney for two years before their split in 2006 and divorce the following wing year. Kevin is also dad to daughter Kori, 20, and son Kaleb, 18, with ex-fiancée Shar Jackson, and sons Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16, with Britney. Over the years, he’s been accused of trying to milk Britney dry and limit her contact with their kids, who are refusing to talk to the Toxic pop princess since she began posting racy photos on the internet when her court-ordered conservatorship ended.

In other words, Kevin is freeloading loser!
