R. Kelly’s Famous Friends Have Donated Large Sums Of Money For His New Legal Defense — His Current Lawyer Is Resisting

The case against R Kelly is so sketchy. They have no evidence to keep him jail. The charged their charging him on, are years old, and from the 90’s. Which is pass statutory limitation period. But when you have shady people in power who hates people of color getting by, they’re treated unfair and is made an example of.

I mean, there hasn’t been no known record or solid evidence of any involvement since the 90’s to stick him with. However, they are saying that he may be a danger to the community, especially to minor girls. They also claim the risk of obstruction is real and ongoing and has also heightened by his fame and power. Oh I’m not done yet they went in. They also said that he has the unique ability to influence and intimidate witnesses and victims and claims that he has continued to this day. Meanwhile, R Kelly pleaded “Not Guilty” and his lawyer Steve Greenberg fired back in saying that R Kelly has already surrendered his passport and he also noted that he doesn’t fly so he’s not flight risk. Greenberg also says that, to his knowledge, Kelly didn’t miss any court dates in his 2008 trial. Speaking of that trial, Greenberg responded to allegations that the case was rigged, saying R. Kelly faced a jury of his peers, and not a bench trial.

Greenberg also says that R. Kelly has voluntarily shown up to every court hearing in his current case, despite the fact the prosecution insists he’s been a flight risk. And he hasn’t run, and Greenberg hit the point home by saying, “How could he flee? He has no money.” Greenberg does note that R. Kelly’s Trump Tower rent is paid up through December or January. Now, back to the allegation that R. Kelly is a threat to minors to this day, Greenberg says all but one of the allegations against Kelly dates back to the ’90s, and that “there’s no evidence that he’s a risk to minors at all at this point.” As I’d just said. Greenberg also says there’s no evidence of witness tampering. There’s one more argument from Greenberg here … he says the fact that R. Kelly can’t read or write would make it difficult to go over discovery with him in jail. He also says Kelly makes for a difficult prisoner because of his notoriety and implications that come with that.
The judge seemed to side with prosecutors, though, saying the child porn charge alone comes with a “presumption of detention.” He was ordered to be held in jail without bond, yes they’re pulling a Bill Cosby on him. As you all know.
He was arrested in Chicago last week on 2 new federal indictments. But of-course while he’ll remain locked up. We know R Kelly will have the support of his 2 alleged sex slaves — Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary. The women were right behind him in court presenting a united front — just like they did during his February bond hearing, oh yes. Meanwhile, these young ladies did live stream to address the rumors. Take a look

Meanwhile R Kelly, has been kept in solitary confinement at an Illinois federal lockup and his lawyer had asked a judge Thursday to release him into the general inmate population, saying his Constitutional rights are being violated. The disgraced R&B singer is accused in several state and federal indictments of sex crimes involving women and girls that span decades. Without any evidence.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) would not comment on the conditions of Kelly’s pre-trial confinement at Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center. But in an Illinois court filing, Kelly’s lawyer, Steve Greenberg, pointed to a Monday e-mail from an unidentified BOP official indicating Kelly was being held in administrative detention — when an inmate is segregated from the general population for non-punitive reasons — for his own safety. I think they’re forcing him to kill himself or he will end up dead.

But there may be hope other celebrities are secretly helping pay his attorney fees.

Even though the situation around R. Kelly seemed to be deteriorating in various ways — including financially — the legendary singer and songwriter is still pulling through, as he has the active support of various friends and contacts throughout the music/entertainment industry.

Recent reports indicate that some unknown high figures have been pooling money together, apparently in support of Kelly in his legal battle.

This will help Kelly, who is behind bars, retain Tom Mesereau, the defense attorney his friends/entourage are aiming for him to work with. Dozens of women have accused the R&B singer of abuse.

Previous reports indicated that the singer was running low on funds, which could jeopardize his case and his ability to work with Mesereau.

At this point, it does not look like there is any risk of that, as the singer should have enough funds to keep his defense going.

Kelly is currently represented by Steven Greenberg, but this will reportedly change in the near future as the artist receives more money for his legal defense.

It is not clear what the situation is like behind the scenes though, as Greenberg himself has denied rumors that he might be getting let go from the position.

At the same time, there have been clear indicators that the money was being collected, and rumors are spreading that Kelly wants to use the services of Mesereau.

So far, the musician is facing some serious charges, and it looks like he is going to need all the help he can get if he wants to get out of prison. The accusations against him have already damaged his career enough as well.

After Lifetime aired a special, called Surviving R. Kelly, Greenberg stepped out to fiercely denied the claims: “There are no underage victims. There are no sexual assault victims. There are no victims of domestic violence that they’re going to find. It just didn’t ever happen.”

He went on to say: “I’ve seen snippets of it; I’ve seen reports about it. And we know what happened and we know those things didn’t happen. The man was not operating a harem or a sex cult or holding people hostage or anything like that.” This so sad, it seems that someone is putting the blame on him. I think they’re padding R Kelly case. Someone who’s powerful enough to do so.
