Okay, you all know all about Lizzo who’s on fire from her newly hit song called “Truth Hurts”. That’s currently on top of the charts now. Well, any success comes with great scrutiny. Because Azealia Banks who is known to getting into feuds with many celebrities. Made comments about her success among other things. This is what the very blunt and outspoken, artist said,
“Lmao the fact that the public and the media has been keeping this fat girl joke going for so long is honestly peak boredom,”
…said Banks, holder of zero Hot 100 top 10 singles. She went on to say this,
“The song is not good, nor is the dumpy fat girl spectacle live set she does. Saddest bit is that the girl is legit talented and truly only being allowed to shine so long as she allows herself to be this millennial mammy of sorts.”
Meanwhile Lizzo is getting that attention of some big shots such as…
Rihanna who is desperate to collaborate with Lizzo… and can you blame her? Even Beyonce has been seen obsessing over the “Truth Hurts” singer, so it’s no shocker that Riri is interested in working with the breakout artist!
The mogul gushed over Lizzo at her Savage X Fenty fashion show in Brooklyn, where she referred to the “Juice” singer as “so badass.”
“Gosh I love Lizzo,” Rihanna told Entertainment Tonight. “I would collaborate with her on the lights for this interview right now, like Lizzo is so badass.”
While you might not expect a collaboration in the studio from Rihanna and Lizzo (which is DEEPLY upsetting, to say the least), you might see the new artist working with Rihanna on her lingerie line — after all, Riri basically said that Lizzo embodies everything she wanted Savage to stand for.
“She is everything that Savage stands for,” Rihanna said. “A confident woman, no matter what size, color, shape. Your attitude is what makes you savage. It’s the confidence that you have in yourself and it’s the confidence that you can give off to people who look like you and feel like you and those are the people that identify with the brand.”
Rihanna admitted that she hopes to really change lingerie and how it’s offered to women.
“Here, I have a unique opportunity to change things. I’ve always been so sincere with my perspective on this brand but to see the way that we’re perceived in the lingerie world,” she said. “To see people feeling included it also puts a different pressure on me. It makes me feel like now we cannot neglect those consumers.”
I may have my regards about certain wives who loose themselves within a marriage. But I clap for any full sized lady who owns it from day one. Ladies who has always been full size, not become one because of a situation you cannot accept that nothing will change, and doesn’t know your worth. Lizzo embodies this and I am proud of that fact. Tell me your thoughts below.
