FEARING she’s becoming an increasingly “Immaterial Girl,” Madonna is desperately seeking attention, sources snitched.

The 61-year-old diva has taken to Instagram to make a series of bizarre announcements and has earned the ire of once loyal fans!

On April 9, puffy-faced Madonna released a video showing her hunched over a typewriter in a darkened room, wearing black-rimmed glasses and pronouncing her ramblings her “quarantine diary.”

She then began a barely audible speech, claiming she’d “lost three friends in 24 hours,” but didn’t explain how. Then, seemingly turning their tragedy into her personal annoyance, she announced: “I didn’t sleep last night, not one minute! I just need to … want to … HAVE to, get out of my body.”

The indecipherable update came on the heels of an equally odd video depicting her lounging in a “milk bath” while calling the coronavirus pandemic “the great equalizer.”

The clip enraged fans who charged the singer had lost touch with her audience.

“Are you struggling to file for unemployment, too? STOP!” one commented on her post. Insiders said mad Madge’s mumbling rants are a result of the aging icon’s realizing she’s not the shining star she used to be! While her “Madame X” album debuted at No. 1 last year, it quickly plummeted to 77 — the fourth steepest slide in music history — and her tour was an even bigger disaster.

The ailing pop legend canceled a whopping 15 shows due to health issues, while ticket holders savaged her for showing up hours late for concerts and blasted her uneven performances.

As reported, Madonna, who did not respond to a request for comment, was ALSO dumped by her 36-years-younger boytoy, Ahlamalik Williams!

“Madonna knows the world has passed her by, but she can’t accept it,” an insider dished.

“She’ll do anything to keep attention on herself — even use a pandemic as a publicity ploy!”
