Sues Trump lawyer for $3.1M over his predatory ways
A BEAUTY who claims she was a “secret employee” of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is suing him for $3.1 million for creating a “toxic” and sexually abusive work environment — before he kicked her to the curb and stiffed her on past wages!
TV producer Noelle Dunphy, 43, is representing herself in the lawsuit, charging she worked off the books for the off-the-rails Trump lawyer from 2019 to 2021, and the politico “sexually harassed [her] and demanded sexual favors” while frequently roaring drunk and in a tizzy over his marital, legal and political problems.
In the Manhattan Supreme Court summons, Dunphy does not say whether she succumbed to the alleged sexual demands. However, she told a news website her relationship with the nowdisgraced 78-year-old — who is barred from practicing law in New York for fueling exprez Donald Trump’s stolen election lies — turned “romantic.”
“Rudolph W. Giuliani, the former U.S. Attorney once hailed as ‘America’s Mayor,’ is a sexual predator and abuser,” according to Dunphy’s filing.
“Giuliani frequently made racist, bigoted, and/or antiSemitic remarks, as well as anti-LGBTQ and anti-woman remarks, often during confused and hostile alcohollaced tirades.”
However, Rudy’s lawyer Robert Costello says Dunphy “never worked for any Giuliani entity” and calls her claims “libelous” — without addressing the gal’s claims about the nature of their relationship.

Giuliani recently won a minor legal victory over his bitter ex-wife Judith, who claims he stiffed her on a $260,000 payment spelled out in their divorce settlement. A judge ruled Rudy owed only $14,000.
