PLASTIC fantastic Kylie Jenner has blown a fortune on surgery, according to an insider who says the beauty’s already undergone multiple boob jobs and is planning yet another procedure over fears her breasts are “droopy and lopsided.

The makeup empire empress, 25, has copped to getting her lips done, but denies ever having her bust boosted — even though her biggest fans slam her treasure chest for looking fake. Kylie hasn’t answered the recent snark, but in 2016, when she was first rumored to have gotten her boobs upsized, she claimed her chest was busting out because of her period.

“She doesn’t want to admit she’s had her boobs done, but there’s no hiding it,” tattles a tipster. They’re extremely heavy for her body and fans have remarked she looks like she’s always trying to hold them up. Now a lot of people are saying they’re drooping, with one going this way, the other that. It looks like the silicone has gone off-kilter. Sources say the reality sexpot privately has no problem going to the surgeon’s office for quick touch-ups. “It’s no big deal for Kylie to get her boobs fixed,” says a spy. She has the money. She looks at going to the surgeon’s like a day at the dentist — or even shopping. Her body is her moneymaker and she can’t afford to look anything but perfect, in her own mind at least. But her fans wish she’d lay off the surgery because she doesn’t look real anymore.
