CAMILLA CACKLES OVER SUSSEX FLOP!

VENGEFUL Queen Camilla openly mocks the downward spiral of rogue royals Harry and Meghan and practically dances a jig whenever the couple racks up another flop — especially if the prince’s snooty wife takes the fall, palace insiders say.

“The queen has Google news alerts set up to see what the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are up to and cheers loudly whenever something negative for Meghan pops up on her phone or inbox,” spills an insider. It’s become one of her favorite pastimes even if Charles and others find it petty and vindictive. Sources snitch the 75-year-old queen was particularly pleased to learn Harry and Meghan’s $20 million deal with Spotify was canned, triggering an avalanche of bad press for the couple, who were branded “grifters” by a streaming service exec.

Gloating Camilla’s telling anyone who’ll listen. “This is what happens when you take on the House of Windsor, blabs the insider.” The only way she’d possibly consider a truce is if the Sussexes come crawling on their hands and knees and issue a public apology — something everyone knows will never happen. Her stance is similar to Prince William, except she revels in their defeats a lot more.

Camilla is still fuming over what Harry wrote about her in his memoir, Spare. He accused King Charles second wife of making deals with the press to boost her public image at his expense. “I have complex feelings about gaining a step-parent who I thought had recently sacrificed me on her PR altar,” Harry writes. Camilla became galled when the 38-year-old prince likened her to the “wicked stepmother” and “begged” his father not to marry her. “Camilla was furious when she read what he wrote,” notes the insider. It was the straw that broke the camel’s back. She is mad because she’d made a significant effort towards them, Meghan, especially when they were in the U.K. She invited Meghan over for tea, to go horse-riding, and offered words of support and encouragement.

But where did it get her? Harry may have been spewing the book’s venom, but Camilla’s sure it was Meghan yanking his chain and signing off on all that poison. Plus, there have been many other bitchy incidents that added to her dislike of them.

While Charles has decided to go easy on them, vengeful Camilla holds her grudge.

“By cheering their misfortune, she’s enforcing her belief that the Sussexes are spoiled, horrid little brats who have brought it all on themselves,” adds the source.
